Henry Ford Macomb Hospitals is Macomb County's most comprehensive health care organization, and is Macomb County’s fifth largest employer. Henry Ford Macomb was founded in 1899 by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati. In 2007, HFMH became fully owned by Henry Ford Health System – one of the nation's leading clinical, teaching and research-based health systems.

Nationally recognized for quality and safety, Henry Ford Macomb Hospitals was recently awarded an A rating by Leapfrog, and with Henry Ford Health System was the recipient of the 2011 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient, one of the most prestigious national awards for performance excellence.

McLaren Health Care Corporation, is a fully integrated health network, committed to quality, evidence-based patient care and cost efficiency.
