Enjoy fun in the sun at the splash pad located in Chief Gene Shepherd Park.
Weather permitting, from June 1-August 31.
Entry requires proof of residency, such as a valid driver's license. A daily pass is $2 per child, and annual family passes are $25. Nonresidents may attend as guests of attending residents.
The splash pas is located in Chief Gene Shepherd Park at 2452 23 Mile Road, East of Dequindre Road.

- Thu: 10-11 AM
HOLIDAY HOURS:
- Independence Day: 11 AM-3 PM
RULES:
- Each person inside the splash pad gate must be wearing a wristband provided by the attendant.
- No glass or non-service animals allowed inside the gates.
- Food and drink is permitted only on the designated grass areas or picnic tables.
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Swimsuits only. Swim diapers must be worn by infants and toddlers.
- Changing diapers within the splash pad gates is strictly prohibited.
- No running, climbing or hanging from structures.
- No inflatable pool toys, water guns, water balloons or athletic and recreational equipment allowed.
- No radios or amplified devices.
- No smoking in or around the splash pad.
- In the event of inclement weather, the splash pad will be vacated immediately and re-opened at the attendant’s discretion.
