Construction Board of Appeals Hearing

Pursuant to the authority contained in 1972 PA 230, Section 16, as amended, of the Michigan Construction Code Act (MCLA 125.1516), a hearing will be held pertaining to the following requests:

1. Approval of Minutes - CBA #25-06 & #26-03 - May 12, 2026 Hearing

2. CBA #26-04 - 54045 Schoenherr, Dominic Pizzo, TriGriffin Group - St. John Vianney Church, Adoration Chapel Addition

2021 Michigan Rehabilitation Code: 

Section 1102.2 - Request to allow an addition to an existing lawfully non- conforming building resulting in an increase in building area (38 square feet) and a reduction in open frontage. 

All parties are expected to be prepared to present competent evidence regarding the request. The hearing will be held in accordance with Township procedures and 1969 PA 306 of the Administrative Procedures Act.

Exhibits pertaining to the above-mentioned issue are available upon request to the Building Department.

Official minutes of the Construction Board of Appeals are maintained within the offices of the Building Department and are available during normal business hours.
