Township offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 16, for Presidents Day. Township offices, including the Department of Public Works, Shelby Township Parks & Recreation offices, Shelby Township Activities Center, Shelby Township Senior Center and Shelby Township Library will resume normal business hours Tuesday, Feb. 17. Non-emergency services will be available at 586-731-2121. Call 911 for emergencies.There will be no delay to waste services due to Presidents Day.
The Shelby Senior Stitchers meet on the first and third Wednesday of each month. The fourth Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. is a sewing day. This group quilts all types of projects for many local charities and would love to have new members. We are also looking for donations of rolled batting and quilting fabrics.
