Township offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 16, for Presidents Day. Township offices, including the Department of Public Works, Shelby Township Parks & Recreation offices, Shelby Township Activities Center, Shelby Township Senior Center and Shelby Township Library will resume normal business hours Tuesday, Feb. 17. Non-emergency services will be available at 586-731-2121. Call 911 for emergencies.There will be no delay to waste services due to Presidents Day.
The Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Support Group will be meeting at the Shelby Township Activities Center at 6 p.m. on the second Monday of each month. Join this safe place for caregivers, families and friends of persons with dementia to exchange practical information, develop a support system and learn about resources. All ages are welcome.
