Township offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 16, for Presidents Day. Township offices, including the Department of Public Works, Shelby Township Parks & Recreation offices, Shelby Township Activities Center, Shelby Township Senior Center and Shelby Township Library will resume normal business hours Tuesday, Feb. 17. During World War II, 8-year-old Bruno and his family leave Berlin to take up residence near the concentration camp where his father has just become commandant. Unhappy and lonely, he wanders out behind his house one day and nds Shmuel, a Jewish boy of his age. Though the barbed-wire fence of
