Learn the art of making homemade sourdough bread. Easy step by step instructions, no mixer required to make this delicious, healthy bread. Each participant leaves with the dough they mix in class to bake at home, sourdough starter, bowl scraper, spatula, mixing vessel, and written instructions. Sourdough bread and other sourdough snacks provided for tasting during class.
