Each participating Food Truck Vendor will be assigned a slot on a first come basis HOWEVER because we are doing our best to avoid duplicating kinds of food; not everyone who applies will be accepted. As space is limited, we cannot guarantee a spot for everyone who is interested. We will book spaces on a first come, first served basis. Each vendor will receive an email response to their application, if they are accepted. Once spots are completely filled, all further applicants will be placed on a waitlist. These applicants will receive notification if a cancellation occurs and a spot becomes available to them.

There is an overall fee of $125 required in the participation of the rally. A deposit of $75 is due with application. Your application will not be considered complete until the fee is received. If your food truck is not selected to participate, your fee will be returned to you.
