Managers, Coaches and Volunteers

Volunteers are essential to the success of the league, and we appreciate your willingness to support youth sports in Shelby Township. Please be advised that in accordance with Little League regulations, all prospective managers, coaches, assistant coaches, and any other volunteers for the Shelby Township Recreation Little League are required to complete a 2012 volunteer form and submit a copy of their driver's license or state ID.

A NEW VOLUNTEER FORM AND BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED EACH YEAR.

Even if you volunteered for the Shelby Township Recreation Little League last year or in the past, you must complete a new form to be considered for the 2012 season. Please note that in compliance with Little League rules and for the well being of the players, volunteers will not be permitted to be on the field until a completed volunteer form is submitted and a background check has been completed.

DON'T FORGET TO SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE OR STATE ID WITH YOUR VOLUNTEER FORM!
