In order to apply for an apartment with our community, you need to return the
following information to Shelby Manor Apartments:

Application
Rental Verification Form (if applicable) if you are currently renting or have
rented a home in the past 3 years, please return this form after ONLY signing
and dating it.
Copy of Drivers License
Copy of Social Security Card
Verification of current year income
$25.00 Applicable Fee (Non-refundable, check or money order) made
payable to "Shelby Manor".
