Building Authority

Mission Statement

The Building Authority was established to lend guidance and expertise in the planning and development of municipal building projects as directed by the Township Board of Trustees.  The Building Authority is created by State Law and is obliged to conduct itself with professionalism and integrity concerning all matters for which it is responsible.

 The Building Authority normally meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the Lobby Conference Room of the Shelby Township Municipal Offices (52700 Van Dyke).  However, no meetings are being conducted at this time until the committee is assigned a project that is undertaken by the Township.
